Children's Privacy

DinosRoar is a family attraction welcoming children and adults alike. We take the privacy of children seriously.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. Booking and contact information is collected from the responsible adult (parent or guardian) making the reservation.
  • Photographs or videos featuring children may be captured at our venue for promotional use. By entering the venue, the accompanying adult consents to this on behalf of minors in their care. If you do not wish for your child to appear in promotional material, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
  • CCTV footage of children is retained only as long as necessary for safety and security purposes.
Opt out of child imagery: If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, please speak to a team member at the venue entrance.
