In the event of severe weather or storms, the attraction may temporarily close or suspend operations for safety reasons. If a full closure occurs, guests will be offered a return visit on an alternative date.
Even when inflatables are temporarily closed, there's still plenty to enjoy across the park.
If weather conditions significantly impact your visit, guests may request a complimentary return pass to visit again on another day. Return passes are offered at the discretion of management when weather has clearly affected the overall experience.
As the attraction remains open in most weather conditions, tickets are generally non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we offer complimentary return visits so guests can enjoy the full experience at a later date.
