TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets or attending any attraction operated by Inflatable Fun Park.

Part One — Ticketed Attractions
02

About Our Attractions

DinosRoar Experience is an attraction operated by Inflatable Fun Park.

Inflatable Fun Park operates a variety of entertainment attractions that may include inflatable obstacle courses, themed experiences, mini golf, dinosaur displays, water attractions, and other family entertainment activities.

Attractions and experiences may vary depending on the venue, location, and operational requirements.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review the attractions available at the specific venue prior to purchasing tickets.

03

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified at the time of booking.
  • Tickets must be presented upon entry. Mobile phone tickets are acceptable.
  • Tickets are non-transferable between venues or events unless authorised by management.
04

Weather Policy

Our attractions are designed to operate in most weather conditions. As many of our experiences are outdoors, weather may occasionally affect certain activities. The attraction will generally remain open during light or moderate rain.

For safety reasons, inflatable attractions may temporarily close during:

  • High winds (generally 35 km/h or above)
  • Heavy rain
  • Lightning or storms
  • Any weather conditions deemed unsafe by management

Other elements of the attraction may remain open including:

  • Dinosaur exhibits
  • Mini golf
  • Walking and discovery experiences
  • Retail areas
  • Food and beverage areas

Inflatables will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

05

Complimentary Return Pass Policy

Our goal is for every guest to enjoy the full experience. A complimentary return pass may be issued where weather conditions significantly impact the attraction during your visit.

Return passes may be issued in the following circumstances:

Inflatables Closed on Arrival

If inflatable attractions are closed at the time you arrive due to weather conditions.

Significant Weather Impact

If weather conditions affect more than 50% of the session time resulting in extended closure of inflatable attractions.

Wind Safety Closures

If inflatables must close due to wind speeds exceeding safe operational limits (generally 35 km/h or above).

Severe Weather Events

If storms or dangerous weather conditions require suspension of attractions.

Management Discretion

Management may offer return passes where weather conditions clearly impact the experience, even if the above conditions are not fully met.

Return passes:

  • Are issued in place of refunds
  • Must be requested on the day of attendance
  • Are issued per affected ticket holder
  • Must be used within the validity period specified
Please note: Light rain or short operational interruptions do not automatically qualify for a return pass.
06

No Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.

Where operational issues or weather conditions prevent an attraction from operating as intended, guests may be offered:

  • A return visit
  • A credit voucher
  • A rescheduled session

These alternatives are at the discretion of management.

07
